Flexible suits most people. If you would rather know your bill in advance, any of the four rates can be a fixed plan, paid monthly or yearly.
Monthly plans
Paid up front from your card each month.
Annual plans
Twelve months for the price of ten, with the allowance pooled across the year.

Listing online is free. Getting paid is what costs a little.
Put your courses on your own page and it costs nothing, on any plan or none. You only pay when you want people to book and pay online.

Payments go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe’s fee comes out of each payment, as it does for any business.

Our booking fee, plan by plan
We charge it the same way as a place on a course: when the register is confirmed, with the rest of your bill. So if a booking is refunded in full before then, you never pay us for it.

What it buys you

The time goes on running courses, not on following people up for money.
- Paid before they arrive, so there is nobody to chase afterwards
- The money goes into your own Stripe account, in your name, then to your bank. Flow never holds it
- Once a booking is paid, the places are made on your register for you
- Every payment is tracked for you, and a refund is made from the same screen
How the charging works
When is a candidate charged?
When you confirm a course’s register, everyone on it is charged, whatever their result. Archive anyone who did not turn up before you confirm and they are not charged. Anyone added afterwards is charged as they are added.
What am I never charged for?
Setting up, scheduling and taking registrations. Listing your courses online. Finalising a course. Reissuing, correcting or resending a certificate. Adding extra trainers or users.
What is a non-certificated candidate?
One on a course where an awarding organisation issues the certificate, or where there is no certificate. Flow keeps their record and result, and in an allowance 2 of them take the place of one certificated candidate.
Do I need a plan to start?
Not to set up, build your courses, list them online or take registrations. You choose a plan, with a card, before you confirm your first register.
When do I pay on Flexible?
Your month’s bill is made on the 1st of the next month and taken from your card about two working days later.
What about online bookings?
Every plan can take bookings online. The candidates are charged as usual when the register is confirmed, plus our booking fee on each place: 40p on Pay As You Go, 30p on Business, 20p on Business Pro and 10p on Enterprise.
What if an online booking is refunded?
Our booking fee is charged when the register is confirmed, the same as the place on the course. Refund a booking in full before then and you never pay us for it. Stripe’s own card fee is a separate matter between you and Stripe.
